1 cup sugar

How to Prepare Kaju Katli?
Step 1: Grind Cashew:
To prepare this sweet indulgence at your home, first of all, you need to take Take 1 1/2 cup cashew nuts and grind them. While grinding them make sure to not overdo it as it would release the oil and ruin the taste. After carefully grinding the powder, keep it aside.
2) Step 2 Prepare the sugar & cashew powder mixture: Now take a pan, put water and sugar in it & start heating it. Keep stirring water and sugar solution until sugar starts dissolving. Once the blend starts boiling, reduce the flame and add the fine cashew nut powder. Keep stirring and make sure the blend is smooth and has a slightly thick consistency.
